About the Builders
Riptide Development Corporation was founded in 2019 by Richard Belanger and Sara Ward of Calgary, Canada. Richard brings over 30 years of experience of developing commercial and industrial building operations. Internationally, Richard has built over 40 buildings, totaling more than 5 million square feet of space.
Sara has a background in the real estate industry, having sold homes and condominiums in Canada for 15 years, with a specialty in condominiums and new home construction.
Together, they built and operate Baja Concrete Products, a fully automated concrete block production facility located in El Pescadero. Our concrete blocks and products are of the highest quality, and exceed all local building codes and standards, and we are proud to use this product in our construction.
Richard and Sara love Cerritos and the Baja, they travel here frequently on both business and vacation, and look forward to their futures, living in The Break At Cerritos.
